Nishant SrivastavaHSRP or High-security registration plate has been made mandatory for all vehicles, whether it is private or commercial you have to replace your number plate now with the new High-security number plate.
HSRP is now compulsorily as per CMVR 1989 Rule 50, so If you have an old vehicle Car, motorcycle or any other vehicle, then you must follow the procedure to replace your number plate.

Fine without HSRP?
Fine is 5500 INR but currently, state governments giving time and allowing people to replace their vehicle’s number plates, soon everybody will fall under it, Delhi has already started fining people without HSRP.
